Hi,
I heard Amy today on Don MacLean's Good Morning Sunday show on Radio
Two. I listen to it every week before I get up although I am
definitely not a christian and often disagree with the views
expressed, but he always has interesting guests and good music.

It would obviously be an exaggeration to call myself a fan of Amy
after just that one encounter, but "All I Want" is a lovely song and
I think Amy has a beautiful voice, so after the show I immediately
switched on my PC and as the BBC home page is my home page I only
had to click about three links to find Amy's web site, and another
one to get here! Joining was easy as I am already a member of
several other Yahoo sites and even have my own Yahoo site (shameless
plug!)

I will look over Amy's site today, but meanwhile I want to ask
people here what may seem like an out-of-place question, but I think
it is important and I think the kind of people who are Amy's fans
would give different but equally sensible answers.

To cut a long story short, there is another Amy I am very fond of,
and she has her own website, which I won't URL here because that's
probably spamming, but the point is I am a member of it and to me
she is just like a friend even though she lives in Canada and I live
in England!! I have posted a few portrait type pictures of her in
the album bearing my nickname. If anyone is interested enough to
answer my question, the best and simplest thing is for them to visit
my site, have a good look around to see what my views are and to see
and think about my physical condition, then they will find out about
Amy and others like her by clicking "other links" at the home page
and following through. Then my question is, do you think what Amy
does helps people like me and is just an alternative way of life? If
not what do you think about it?

I am a great believer in letting people express their own views, and
try to "love thy neighbour" even though I may totally disagree with
their point of view! Also I think we can all learn from an
intelligent discussion if we are willing to change our views
sometimes. Please tell me what you really think, not what you think
I want to read!
