Re: [anawme] intervals

Hi again!
Dr. Husemann spoke at "The Singing Human Being" Conference that I attended (in
Finland!) in 2005. He traced the evolution of the voice through the various
animal groups. It was breathtakingly exciting even though he spoke in German
and we only got a little English synopsis every 5 minutes or so.
Wasn't that the summer that we did such intensive work in Eurythmy (at the Music
Teachers' Conference) with the intervals?? And I think you were there Cathy!
Best to all...
Carol
PS Orchestra teachers, please let me know if you are interested in having me
post more Orchestra arrangement scores with Finale.

for the suggestions, Andrea. I ordered the Husemann book from
Steiner library and will order the others, too.

I agree with Holly, that it is a fascinating subject and imagine it
will be very interesting to read about.

And of course, I love Carol's ideas, too and look forward to working
with the students to see how we all feel about them!

Hope everyone's ready for the race! I know I'm still working
feverishly and feel excited about all I will learn in the year to come.

Take care. Happy year to all.

Cathy
