Hey guys:
I don't what to say... I was so disappointed by Ani's show in St. Louis on
april 21. Of course, I loved the show more than I love shows by anyone else...
but for an Ani show it just wasn't that great. She sang a bunch from the new
album, and in general a lot of newer stuff. And the older stuff she did sing was
in the new style and it just iddn't feel the same. I happen to actually like a
lot of the new stuff on the album, though she didn't play any of the songs i
really like. But I don't know if i should just give up on her. i mean, i know
i'll never get the ani I saw in concert 6 years ago and fell in love with, and
of course she;s allowed to grow and change. But i just don't know if i still
want to spend the money on shows if i'm just goig nto leave wishing she wree
different. :(
