Is everyone getting as tired as I am of Universal re-issuing ABBA Gold & More Gold, etc., in new packaging?  (ABBA The Album-Deluxe Edition...Arrival, etc.)  All they're doing is adding some purportedly "previously unreleased performances" on a DVD that most of us have already.  Just because it's in a new package doesn't mean it's new.  It's the same old songs, the same old videos we all have, etc., etc., etc.  If they want to release something new...how about a DVD of the group's own favorite "live" performances.  How about full versions of the songs that never made it to the albums.  There's many songs still in Universal's vaults that could be released...like the ones we hear a few bars of on disc 4 of the "Thank You For The Music" album.  They are definitely there...we just need to convince Universal we deserve them. 

 

After all...we're the ones that keep them in business...right?
