Some of you have contacted us to let us know that you were having
problems filling out the survey. If you were not able to submit your
results -- or never got around to taking the survey -- please respond

So far, 151 people have responded to our survey, which is a response
rate of 17.7%. This rate is not bad, but we are really hoping to get
to 25%. Won't you help us? Either hit reply and answer the questions

We have gotten a lot of feedback (both positive and negative) and will
study all of the responses as we plan this coming year. If you have
