I think those selections were excellent for Cynthia. And all except JEALOUS GUY
were Beatles songs. And someone else said that WOMAN, onf the DOUBLE FANTASY
album, was written by John in his Beatles years for Cynthia.

I kinda dipped into the archives (I was looking for some other post) and decided
to bring back up the question on which songs would have been dedicated to
Cynthia as I have thought of a few ideas.
There's been quite a number of songs of John yearning to come home and see his
girl
-A Hard Day's Night
-It Won't Be Long
-Wait
-When I Get Home
-Anytime At All
-I'll Be Back
-I Call Your Name
I also think One After 909 was written for Cynthia as John would often take
Cynthia to the train station during their early romance.
There's also Do You Want to Know a Secret?, Ask Me Why, Girl, I'm in Love (given
to the Fourmost), I Feel Fine, I Should Have Known Better, The Word, It's Only
Love.
I also believe Cynthia had a touch of inspiration for She Loves You, I Want to
Hold Your Hand, Help!, In My Life, And Your Bird Can Sing, Good Morning Good
Morning, Please Please Me, Eight Days A Week, Every Little Thing, Across the
Universe
It wasn't a secret either that John was a jealous of any man that spoke or even
came near to Cynthia- Run For Your Life, You Can't Do That, and even Jealous
Guy.
Any thoughts?
Jeannette
