Hey Tom,

I would talk to the good people at Modified Arts: 407 E. Roosevelt, 602-462-5516.  This is not the largest place but it's got a decent sound system, nice people is open to all ages and most importantly they pursue a wide variety of artists from many different genre's.  You would probably fit in well there.

Also you might try David Therrien from Chemlab.  I can get you in contact with him, just e-mail me off the list.
