Hello Folks
I am Gene Vincent's discographer (visit http://www.spentbrothers.com)
and a big Arthur Alexander fan, as was Gene, who recorded "Pretty
Girls Everywhere" & "Where Have You Been All My Life". I am seeking to
construct a complete Arthur Alexander discography, which, of course,
I'll add to the Files section when finalised. I need you guys to help.
Firstly, is anyone familiar with a 1977 LP called "Story Of Rock 'N'
Roll" which is listed on several websites as an Arthur Alexander
release, although it may be a compilation by various artists, because
the track listing contains some AA titles and some not listed anywhere
else. I don't know the label or catalogue number. The track listing is
"You Better Move On"/"Love Letters"/"Hey! Baby"/"Funny How Time Slips
Away"/"Young World"/"Thousand Stars"/"Hundred Pounds Of Clay"/"Lover
Please"/"Love Me Warm And Tender"/"The Wanderer"/"Don't Break My
Heart"/"You're The Reason". Secondly, can anyone confirm the track
listing of the 1989 UK Ace Records LP "Soldiers Of Love" CH 270 for me?
Thanks for any help.
Derek
