Making space for Xmas tree in living room, and this is my son's stand for upright bass.  He's thankfully moved on to accordion and piano and electric bass, so we have no use for this.    I believe it's an Ingles stand, adjustable, heavily welded, and folds up neat.     It looks like you can order these for $50, and pay to ship.    $25 and you pick up in Lilburn.
