Marshall faculty members will perform live chamber music at the Huntington
Museum of Art on Oct. 14.
Four professors from Marshall's Department of Music will play a concert in the
museum's Grace Rardin Doherty Auditorium using wind instruments and piano.
The professors - Donald Williams, Stephen Lawson, Yesim Dikener and Kay Lawson -
also are members of the Huntington Symphony Orchestra. The instruments used will
be the clarinet, French horn, bassoon and piano. Songs played will include
"Concert-Trio" by 18th century composer Bernard Crusell and "Suite No. 2" by
20th century composer Alec Wilder.
The concert will begin at 2 p.m. and admission is free.
