Description: les étoiles, meaning "the stars" in French, is a
chorus for high school girls with excellent musicianship and skills.
In past years, the members of les étoiles have concertized in
Scandinavia, Germany, and travelled to Bremen and Graz to perform in
the World Choir Games. This summer, the group will be performing at
the Golden Gate International Choral Festival alongside singing
ensembles from Denmark, Finland, China, Taiwan, Mississippi, Colorado,
and California. Please join us for a preview concert on the Sunday
before the start of the festival at IDESST in Sausalito. All proceeds
go towards our singing tour to South Africa in 2010. Any young women
who would like to sing with our renowned choral ensemble, les étoiles,
may call the office to schedule an audition.
