Responsibilities

Children's and Youth Choir Director

Sunday MorningChoir Rehearsals

Organize and Direct Special Music Presentations

Sunday School Music Program Resource

May Substitute as Chancel Choir Director as needed (Thursdays and
Sundays)

Approximately 8 - 10 hours /week (including meetings) for 10
months per year

 

Qualifications

Commitment to nurturing a love of God and of worship in children



Experience with Children's / Youth Choirs

Choir Directing Experience

Accompanist Skills Desirable

Good Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of sacred musical literature and contemporary music

Team player
