I agree with Eric about the pros of using the German bow, plus, when French
bow players talk about Rabbath's facility I say," what about all the great past
and present German players: Bottesini, Pasta, Stoll, Azarkhin, Levinson,
Karr, Strieicher, and Turetzky to name a few, plus Slam Stewart, and Richard
Davis. Also, I think in general there are fewer arm, thumb, and wrist problems
for
German bow users.
