Greetings Beatles People,

The auction house "It's Only Rock And Roll" has just "gone live"
with its latest awesome rock and roll auction that will end on June
24th at 11:00pm or 5 minutes after the last bid.

I'd like to bring to your attention a few particularly rare and
interesting items that may be of special interest to the Beatles
collecting community (and one for Aerosmith fans as well).

1. The Beatles' Second Album Promotional Poster
The rarest and most sought after Beatles promotional poster of all.
This HUGE poster promotes The Beatles' Second Album, as well as Meet
The Beatles LP and the Can't Buy Me Love single. Only three or four
examples of these posters are known to exist, and of these, this one
is in the best condition.

2. The Beatles 1964 Philadelphia Concert Poster
The earliest known US Beatles concert poster in existence - and one
only three known examples of the ONLY known poster from the entire
Beatles' North American 1964 concert tour. This is about as rare and
collectible as it gets - and it's also one of the most unique and
attractive Beatles concert posters, too (take a look!). A total gem.

3. George Harrison "The Concert For Bangladesh" White Matte RIAA
Gold Record Award
This original RIAA award was presented to Roy Cicala and The Record
Plant (where it was engineered) to commemorate the sale of more than
one million dollars worth of this Apple Records LP. It was sold
right off the wall of the Record Plant when it closed its doors many
years ago.

4. John Lennon and Yoko Ono "Double Fantasy" RIAA Platinum Record
Award
This original 1980 RIAA award was another award purchased from the
wall of The Record Plant many years ago. The Record Plant is
strongly associated with the creativity behind John's last days and
in fact John and Yoko were returning from a recording session at the
Record Plant on the evening he was senslessly murdered. It has
strong sentimental meaning to me and if it were not for absolute
financial necessity, it would not be for sale.

5. The Beatles "A Hard Day's Night" Promotional Brochure Art
This is a fascinating, one-of-a-kind promotional piece created in
1964 by the United Artists art department to be used in conjunction
with the initial US release of the Beatles' first movie, "A Hard
Day's Night" and highlights how the Beatles were going to "conquer
the
country" through the media with cover after cover and article after
article.

6. Aerosmith "In-House" Award Presented to The Record Plant
This is another record award that previously hung on the wall of The
Record Plant (where the LP was recorded) for Aerosmith's
landmark "Toys In The Attic" LP. It was presented by Columbia
Records "in grateful recognition for your contribution towards sales
in excess of one million units". Very nice piece at a very low
minimum bid.
