WEBSITE UPDATE



Our website http://www.thebeautifulcouch.co.uk now has two more 'LIVE'
recordings for you to enjoy. Go to

The tracks are 'YOU KEEP IT ALL IN' and 'OLD RED EYES IS BACK'.

They were both recorded at our practice room last night on to a four track
recorder via a couple of mixing desks.

Please be warned they are not CD quality, they were not recorded at Abbey Road
studios, there is hiss and crackle and they have not had any extra work done on
them. They are as nature intended them to be, warts n' all.

With that said, they will give you all a taste of what we can do and if you like
it, please come to one of our future gigs!!

If you get a message that the site has exceeded it's data transfer limit it
means that there are too many people looking at the site and
downloading/listening to the songs. Please try again as the rush to listen to
the tracks will calm down.

We are moving the site in a couple of weeks to a new server and this will
eliminate the problem and everyone will be able to listen all together.

NEWS OF THE COUCH



The next gigs are not far away now and we have some exciting news regarding a
special guest support slot at the Springhead Pub gig on Tues Dec 10th. We have
managed to get MG Greaves (Hulls very own singer song writer who has penned
songs and toured for The Beautiful South) to be our support guest star!! He will
be performing an acoustic set that will include our very own 'Liz' singing with
the great man himself. Make sure you are there so you don't miss out on an
excellent night.



We have been working hard on some new songs this last week or so and have now
incorporated the following songs into our set list:

a.. 'The perfect couple',
b.. 'Woman in the wall,
c.. 'Look what I found in my beer',
d.. 'Your father and I' and
e.. '10 lessons in love'
These songs will be showcased over the next few gigs in December.



The band is also working on a cd-rom that will feature all of our band
information, live tracks, video footage and much more. These will be given away
over via the website and at gigs.
