Hello everyone,

It has been very remiss of me not to write more often. I have been
busy with other things off the net and I do not visit as much as I
have been.

However this list received some Spam messages which I was able to
arrest even before it reached the main list. So I keep watch every
day through my Yahoo email.

I also posed a question. Are any of your local radio, television and
other community events such as concerts focusing on Bartok's 125
year anniversary of his birth on or close to 25th March 2006? I will
look at our local radio programs to see if any programs will be
devoted to Bartok. The public radio ABC Classic FM can now be
listerned to on-line which is good news for those living outside of
Australia.

It is just an accident of history that we also have the 250th
Aniversary of the birth of Mozart as well.

I will keep you posted on what is happening in Australia re Bartok.
