Hello everyone,

These spammers do not give up. I had to moderate another Spammer
today. They keep trying by using different email addresses. I think
this particular one has tried before to infiltrate our group. I am
now banning people who try to spam our group. It seems to be the
only way that they will get the message.

All is quiet on the Bartok front in Australia. Our public national
classic radio is concentrating on Mozart and Australian composers
which I do agree with as they need to have their works heard. I will
now have a listen to an independent classical music station 2MBS FM.
It is the radio station of The Musical Broadcasting Society of
Australia. This group was the very first to broadcast on the FM Band
in Australia. This radio station is run by volunters with only about
2 or 3 paid staff. Over 20 years ago I was working for a banking
company in Sydney. My boss voluntered to work at 2MBS FM in the
evening after work as a presenter. Apparently one night water leaked
into the basement of the building which housed the radio station and
the studio was under threat of being washed out. So my boss got more
than he bargained for as a volunteer. Apparently he handled the
situation very well and the radio station stayed on the air.

I will let you know if they do play Bartok's music.
