I certainly hope that this missive isn't considered spam. There is an
interesting recording available presently of Bartok on the Arbiter
Records label (Arbiter 143 - Bartok in the Desert) - possibly it has
already been discussed here.

of Marik (who only made two LPs, and quit concertizing after WWII), is

I find her playing has a generous freedom of motion, and to be rather
insightful for its tempos and accents (including rhythmic accents).
