Hello everyone,

I know the group has been very quiet lately. I have not been in good
health but I am getting better.

I would like the thank the other moderators for helping to keep the
Spammers at bay.

I revisited Bartok today and listened to his Dance Suite. I could
hear the various strands of the folk music.

Also apparently, Ken Russell the film maker produced a film on the
life of Bela Bartok. Has anyone seen this film? I would like a copy
of the video/DVD if available. I am happy to pay for it including
postage. Knowing Ken Russell, I am sure his take on Bela Bartok will
be very interesting. I recently saw Russell's Mahler which I found to
be a bit of an eye openner.

Lets revive the group. I know we all have busy lives but I think it
is time to revisit Bartok again.
