The Idea when Chris Benavente and Brian Barrett nailed down the design, feel, playability, preamp and pickups, where to extend the natural tone of the instrument and give the player the ability to be creative and with out an instrument that hindered their touch, tone and playability. Benavente Instruments where designed to be an extension of the player, to be as aggressive or melodic as the player wish’s.
