This week, my friends, well, let's see how do we begin. It is,
without a doubt, that Bigboote is the next sound, the new revolution,
tomorrow is here today. But what about 20 years from now? What will
become of Bigboote?
Michael: A record label discovers the brilliance of side his noise
side projects and, due to new compression technologies, pays him to
make the one disc set "A Decade in the Life of Monotronix" thereby
occupying his time for the next 9 years, 364 days.
Jason: Named People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive"...three years in a
row.
Josh: Finds himself at the center of a political controversy after he
makes a special guest appearance on MTV Unplugged where three youths
tragicly died in a spontaneously formed mosh pit. The band (who
remained seated at all times) accused that all former members of
Bigboote simply "rock too hard."
Kevin: Missing. Last seen driving off in a Porsch with an
unidentified woman, and several piles of money in the backseat.
And, yes, once the band is no more and only the legend lives on,
there will be many albums of demos, rarities, live shit, and more for
your enjoyment. You will have to pay a lot of money for it, but when
this happens, I will insist that they put this next song somewhere on
these collections. So it's up to you: Pay tons of money later for it,
or download it here now for free...a very special live version of
Jeremy. Simply visit the Yahoo! group
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bigboote) and go over to the Files
section.
And don't forget:
NEXT SHOW: May 23rd at Siberia!
