performing a Special Dinner Show at the entirely new Ruby’s
located 28 Oakland St. Port Jefferson, NY. Reservations Required!

July/August will find John Ford reunited with the Strawbs for an
Electric Strawbs Tour in the UK and Italy.

The dynamics and versatility of John Ford's musical talent run the
gamut from the London folk clubs of the British music scene of the
70's to large scale international rock venues, touring with other
legendary band. A driving force within the band, he penned perennial
favorite "Heavy Disguise" and wrote "Part Of The Union", the Strawbs
biggest chart hit single, spent 59 weeks on the album charts rising
to Top of the Pops fame. The Strawbs also featured Rick Wakeman,
keyboard extrodinaire before he joined YES. All and all, John Ford
received five gold records and a platinum to boot. In 1999, John
guested on Ritchie Blackmore's band Blackmore's Night release Under A
Violet Moon, their second international release, featured John. Later
that year, John teamed up with the Strawbs for their 30 year reunion
in 1998, and still serves as their bass guitarist. John has released
three albums of his own work: Love Is A Highway, released in 1998;
Heading For A High, released in 2000 and his most recent Natural
High, released in May 2002. Recording yet another forthcoming
album "RERUNS," and DVD, soon to be released. His current shows
include material that span his many projects throughout his
illustrious musical career.
