Just curious but does ANYONE have a version of this single that
comes in a cardboard sleeve (possibly with artwork) as opposed to a
jewel case with just a sticker and tour dates on the outside? If so,
a scan would be appreciated.

Please let me know cause I need to put this rumor to bed. :)
