Hello All,
New tracks have been made available for download at TIM's 'Audio' page
just in time for the holidays. In addition to "Lo How a Rose...", there is now
a live version of "I Have Not Seen This Day Before" and "O Little Town Of
Bethlehem". Not having downloaded them yet, I don't know if this version of
"O Little Town..." is the same as that which has been made available pre -
viously by TIM and which is currently available in the "Files" Section and
elsewhere. Enjoy!

Somehow I find "TBA" (To Be Announced) to be much more reassuring
than the more nebulous "TBD" (To Be Determined?) :-) I wish that
Badman could be as definite about date of the "Birds..." re-release
though. A lyric from one of my favorites from that album is apt...

Insound has Don's album (title: TBA) listed for release on April 25, 2006.

Hello All,
Badman Recording has updated their website. According to what I read there,
the re-release of "Birds Of My Neighborhood" as well as the release of Don's
second solo effort are slated for Spring 2006.
Of special note, Don's album will be one of the first releases on the "mostly
instrumental" Jemez Mountain label, the "first offspring of the Badman
Recording Co. family."

You're welcome. Actually all of the formal music videos were on MTV
with the exception of one. And Hiding Away was the only music video to
never be broadcasted as far as I know. Black Sheep Wall was very
successful on MTV as it broke into the top 20 on the alternative music
charts. I can't exactly recall how well I Remember Me and Wonder of
Birds faired, but they did fair better than Bright As Yellow which I
believe only received one airing.

Thank you...I never seen any of their videos, Would love to see the one
for Black Sheep wall...one of my favorite songs.
Dont think MTV would play them.
Happy Holidays!
David
The whispering Angels
It was a cold night so long ago
In a desert when the city was closed
A bright star shone so
Each who saw it was in awe
It would lead men from the east
It would create fear in kings
But the child born this day would bring great joy
Not just to the carpenter or his new bride
To all of us then, now, and all tommorows
A precious baby born in a manger
With the shepherds, the animals
On the cold night we were given such a gift
A gift of a joyous baby boy
Who will grow and give us the greater gift
And the one who deserves our praise is on high
We sing as the Angels did that cold night in the desert
Merry Christmas one and all!!!!
If you mean music video in the traditional sense of the word...yes.
There are 5: Black Sheep Wall, I Remember Me, Wonder of Birds, And
Hiding Away and Bright As Yellow. Other than that, there are some live
videos and some network television pieces. You can find more info at

Hey Jeff,
Though I'm currently 'unemployed' at the moment, I'm hoping, as
always, that that will change soon. I do have some news - it seems
that Don did join Denison onstage at his latest Chameleon gig
(October 8th...?) This comes from a friend who picked it up on
another message board. Of course, a message board can hardly be cited
as the most trustworthy source of information - especially those God-
awful ones on Yahoo! ;-) So take it for what you will...
As for the moderator, I noticed that he updated his profile as
recently as June of this year, so he may actually be lurking around.
I feel that I'm being rather rude when I speak of him in this way and
perhaps I should refrain from doing so in the future. I only wish
that he would acknowledge that he is still with us - and if he's not
interested in the upkeep and administration of this board, for
whatever reason, I know of several individuals, myself included, who
would gladly take it on...
Peace, Mike (a.k.a. "SRMadde")
>what is her explanation of the song? i'm curious . .

==She spoke about visiting a friend who had
experienced some major anxiety attacks. That doesn't
sound very poetic, but she explained it very simply
and I found it moving.
"You are the Light" is the proper title indeed.
Thankee, Keith! Perhaps I can blame it on my lack of
sleep last night. I have worked that title into my
compliments of a few people I know who radiate good
energy.
I wonder if Neil Young has heard that song yet?
Thanks for uploading that! I'll see if my computer
here can handle the download.

In the ever-shifting "favorite song" category, my

sentiment. I heard her live performance and
explanation on Mountain Stage radio show a few years
back.
I have a DAT recording of that, but it is fuzzy. does

You're right, Mike. Sorry about that. I meant no offense. I'd just
finished watching Monty Python and the sheep thing was stuck in my head.
**Apologies to all**. The "dancing boys" reference really, honestly was
meant for the women and others in the group, since I'd just mentioned
"dancing girls", equal time and all that, I really meant it in a most
straightforward way. Ya know, there's really just nowhere for me to run
and/or hide with this, is there? Time to cut and run!
Thanks for the kudos, good man. You're one of the main reasons the
Courtyard is so successful, so .. backatcha, baby! Your good work does
not go unnoticed.
As Archie Bunker would have said: "Stifle, Jeff!"

Hey Sean,
This is an unmoderated group, ain't nobody around who can perform that
chore. Believe me, we've tried to talk to Yahoo, they say there's
nothing they can do until they hear from the long-ago-abdicated past
owner / moderator. The BOMN group sails the high seas without
protection from marauding forces. God bless the brave men and women who
sail her.
