"The Black and Blue Army" is designed to help promote, support and keep on top the fabulous Backstreet Boys. To the boys, we, the fans are known as "the black and blue army" so like any army would, we need to take charge and fight for our boys! We want the world to know just how great the boys are through their music...so we plan to make that happen! We want them to be well known by EVERYONE, so we need your help.
