Just wanted to say hi to all the Melonheads and those who made it to
the vigil. We hope everybody made it home safe! It was so great!!!
To those who got a "Friendship Pin" and "Shannon Stampy", Shell and I
hope you enjoy them! :) It's too bad we only get together once a
year. We just went back there yesterday for his birthday. We got to
hang out with Blake (from Dayton) and Frita (mom #2), they are so
wonderful! When we first got there, Shell had a big huge butterfly
ballon from her 11 year old daughter (Angel's) birthday. She signed
it, "Happy Birthday Shannon love and peace, Angel" and asked us to
set it free at Shannon's. She said she wanted it to go to heaven.
At home it was kind of droopy, it didn't really want to fly. But
when we got to Dayton, it bounced around on the ground for a minute
and it started taking off with the wind and it just started going up
and up until it was just a dot and then it disappeared. It was so
cool!!! Maybe it did make it to heaven? 0:)
