CAST OFF video ­ We finally hit the big screen. Check out the new video
for Cast Off, which includes never before seen footage of the
band...playing....Cast Off.....it's damn good. And you can find it on the

a couple minutes to dowload if you have high speed.....if you don't have
high speed, let's go, get with the program...it's 2004 for crissakes.)

AND SPEAKING OF VIDEO - Louden Swain frontman Rob Benedict, who some might
know is an actor by day...will be in a new sitcom on NBC, which begins
airing June 3. It's called "Come to Papa", and it will be on Thursdays at
8:30pm pacific/eastern...7:30 central.....don't look for him to be singing
our playing guitar...but doing something just as noble: bringing the
funny.

IN THE STUDIO - We're currently pumping out the tunes in the studio. Ready
yourself for some new Swain later this year. Get ready damn you!
