There seems to be something not quite right with some of the "free"
ebooks on this blog. For example the Ramon Ricker book (quite old now,
but useful as I recall) is still for sale from the publishers for $16.95.

So have Alfred publishing or Ramon Ricker made some special agreement
to give away the book free on the blog or is it simply piracy of
Ricker's work?
