hello again, keith. the first group you found (boards-of-canada) is
mine (m1cr0naut); i started it about a year ago, after this group
(boardsofcanada) went without moderators for quite some time, and we
were enduring rafts of spammers whom we could not ban.
IIRC, i tracked down this group's owner (bibowski) about that time,
and he gave me mod rights to this group. so now we have a couple of
lists with a fair bit of member overlap.
though the pace on this "old" group is slower, it's worth checking on
a regular basis--as is our "new" group, IMHO.
another community site you might find useful is We Are The Music
Makers: watmm.com--though it would appear that the forums over there
are currently not accepting new registrants.
