Hi 'Liquid Silver' for I have no other name for you,

I have recently compiled an album of humorous poems recorded by british
celeberities, all from the pen of comic poet Les Barker, who's currently
touring in the States. Funds go to a project to enable blind people over
here to gain greater independence by access to computers.

One of the poems I wanted to use was a gentle parody of Ode To Billy Joe, in
which Billy goes bunjee Jumping of the Talahachee bridge. It's very
British, very funny but not scathing of bobbie's original. If you're in
contact with her, and if I can post the version of the lyrics by Les, please
can you ask her if she'd grant permission for me to use it? If she's on
Email, perhaps you could put us in touch so that I could have direct
evidence if she grants permission.
