The only downfall is that the 864 file transfers must be done by USB, and there is no external software/converters. The USB on the 864 is slooooooooooow....

Not sure of the weight but it took $14.50 for me to ship mine. That was the 532, manual, power supply..lots of bubble wrap and a box that was about 12" tall...
