MAJOR MONEY ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES EXPANSION OF ITS BUSINESS OPERATIONS TO
INCLUDE MAJOR MONEY MANAGEMENT...AN ARTIST DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

Terry McGill, CEO of Major Money Entertainment (MME), expanded operations to
create Major Money Management, an artist development company. Mr. McGill has
appointed Ceaser Shelly Jr. as Vice President of Management and Maurice
“Mo-Stylez” Humphrey as Vice President of A&R.

The ultimate goal for this new department of Major Money Management is to
find, develop, consult and retain promising new talent and to secure them major
retail and on-line distribution with MME’s outlets, Lightyear, IDN, Navarre,
Sony-BMG and Universal Distribution.

Major Money Management’s primarily musical focus will be pop, R&B, rap,
hip-hop, gospel hip-hop, neo-soul and neo-jazz.

Shelly will be responsible for artist development, reviewing all submitted CD
demos, DVD’s and Press Kits received from artists and producers. He will also be
coordinating artist communications and negotiating agreements.

Shelly recently relocated from New Orleans to become part of Major Money
Entertainment. He previously owned and managed Vertical Horizon Management, an
artist development company that included business-planning services.

His music career began as a member of the New Orleans based hip-hop group
Illumination in 1998. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business
administration from Xavier University in New Orleans, LA in 2003.

“Mo-Stylez” is a member of the popular Dallas based hip-hop group Hostile. He
is also the owner and creator of the hugely successful hip-hop event information
website Whatupcity.com and the creator of the popular mix CD called “Street
Radio Series,” the hottest mix CD series in Texas.

“Mo-Stylez” responsibilities will include scouting talent; overseeing all
musical creations/song development and managing recording studio operations. He
has worked with Major Money Entertainment for the past 5 years. His prior
responsibilities included street promotions, event planning, and web design.
