Submission Instructions, Rules and Restrictions:

1. Deadline to enter is Wednesday - January 31, 2007...All submissions must be
receive on or before deadline date

2. Songs must be submitted by email in mp3 format or windows media file ONLY!
to the following email address: majormoney@...
No compact disks shipped or mailed to us will be accepted.

3. The Bossaliny song to record and remix “THAT”S MY BOY” is available only on
the “Bossaliny for President” Mix CD or can be downloaded from the following my
space pages:

No original songs will be accepted.

4. Only one music submission per person or group.

5. This contest is for unsigned talent only. No submissions from artist
contractually obligated to major record labels will be accepted.

6. Eight contest finalist and the two contest winners will be required to sign
an agreement of consent prior to song placement on our official my space contest
pages and Bossaliny’s CD release.

7. No recording artist, employees or family members of Capitol Records, Major
Money Entertainment and Don Vito Productions may enter this contest.

8. All prizes and awards have no cash value and cannot be substituted for any
other awards.
