This community was formed to discuss the work of visionary songsters Buddy and Julie Miller. I would like to encourage everyone to participate !! Send news, tour dates, gig reviews, album reviews, song dissertations, anything !!! Also, I think that any of their musical compadres are fair game as well: Victoria Williams and Marc Olson (their Creek Dipping buddies), Larry Campbell, Jim Lauderdale and Emmylou Harris (though Emmy fans should check out Emmylou@groups.yahoo.com for an excellent all-Emmy group).
Buddy and Julie have been making wonderful, honest, passionate music for many years and I hope that this place will give those folks who have been touched by the songs a place to meet and talk about it. Enjoy !
