Heya,

We will have some possibilities to run an Experimental/Noise Stage at the Sziget Fesztivál!
I do not think that we will have a ton of money for this project, but it look’s like we can host toring bands in this period (betweel 8th and 13th of August).

It just a plan now, i haven’t any idea about our budget but i can tell more details soon, if somebody interested in!

cheers, Kalman

public speech reduced to grunting only:

http://www.extremetech.com/computing/120583-new-speech-jamming-gun-hints-at-dyst\
opian-big-brother-future

Japanese researchers have created a hand-held gun (pictured above) that can jam
the words of speakers who are more than 30 meters (100ft) away. The gun has two
purposes, according to the researchers: At its most basic, this gun could be
used in libraries and other quiet spaces to stop people from speaking — but its
second application is a lot more chilling.

The researchers were looking for a way to stop "louder, stronger" voices from
saying more than their fair share in conversation. The paper reads: "We have to
establish and obey rules for proper turn-taking when speaking. However, some
people tend to lengthen their turns or deliberately interrupt other people when
it is their turn in order to establish their presence rather than achieve more
fruitful discussions. Furthermore, some people tend to jeer at speakers to
invalidate their speech." In other words, this speech-jamming gun was built to
enforce "proper" conversations.

The gun works by listening in with a directional microphone, and then, after a
short delay of around 0.2 seconds, playing it back with a directional speaker.
This triggers an effect that psychologists call Delayed Auditory Feedback (DAF),
which has long been known to interrupt your speech (you might've experienced the
same effect if you've ever heard your own voice echoing through Skype or another
voice comms program). According to the researchers, DAF doesn't cause physical
discomfort, but the fact that you're unable to talk is obviously quite
stressful.

Speech jammer, in a librarySuffice it to say, if you're a firm believer in free
speech, you should now be experiencing a deafening cacophony of alarm bells. Let
me illustrate a few examples of how this speech-jamming gun could be used.

At a political rally, an audience member could completely lock down Santorum,
Romney, Paul, or Obama from speaking. On the flip side, a totalitarian state
could point the speech jammers at the audience to shut them up. Likewise, when a
celebrity or public figure appears on a live TV show, his contract could read
"the audience must be silenced with speech jammers."

Then there's Harrison Bergeron, one of my favorite short stories by Kurt
Vonnegut. In the story's dystopian universe, everyone wears "handicaps" to
ensure perfect social equality. Strong people must lug around heavy weights,
beautiful people must wear masks, and intelligent people must wear headphones
that play a huge blast of sound every few seconds, interrupting your thoughts.
The more intelligent you are, the more regular the blasts.

Back here in our universe, it's not hard to imagine a future where we are
outfitted with a variety of implanted electronics or full-blown bionic organs.
Just last week we wrote about Google's upcoming augmented-reality glasses, which
will obviously have built-in earbuds. Late last year we covered bionic eyes that
can communicate directly with the brain, and bionic ears and noses can't be far
off.

In short, imagine if a runaway mega-corporation or government gains control of
these earbuds. Not only could the intelligence-destroying blasts from Harrison
Bergeron come to pass, but with Delayed Auditory Feedback it would be possible
to render the entire population mute. Well, actually, that's a lie: Apparently
DAF doesn't work with utterances like "ahhh!" or "boooo!" or other non-wordy
constructs. So, basically, we'd all be reduced to communicating with grunts and
gestures.

What Makes a Robot Fish Attractive? Robot Fish Moves to the Head of the School
---
Through a series of experiments, researchers at NYU-Poly have shown that a
biomimetic fish, like this one pictured, is capable of leading a school of live
ones.

ScienceDaily (Mar. 1, 2012) — Probing the largely unexplored question of what
characteristics make a leader among schooling fish, researchers have discovered
that by mimicking nature, a robotic fish can transform into a leader of live
ones.

Through a series of experiments, researchers from Polytechnic Institute of New
York University (NYU-Poly) aimed to increase understanding of collective animal
behavior, including learning how robots might someday steer fish away from
environmental disasters. Nature is a growing source of inspiration for
engineers, and the researchers were intrigued to find that their biomimetic
robotic fish could not only infiltrate and be accepted by the swimmers, but
actually assume a leadership role.

In a paper published online in the Journal of the Royal Society Interface,
Stefano Marras, at the time a postdoctoral fellow in mechanical engineering at
NYU-Poly and currently a researcher at Italy's Institute for the Marine and
Coastal Environment-National Research Council, and Maurizio Porfiri, NYU-Poly
associate professor of mechanical engineering, found conditions that induced
golden shiners to follow in the wake of the biomimetic robot fish, taking
advantage of the energy savings generated by the robot.

The researchers designed their bio-inspired robotic fish to mimic the tail
propulsion of a swimming fish, and conducted experiments at varying tail beat
frequencies and flow speeds. In nature, fish positioned at the front of a school
beat their tails with greater frequency, creating a wake in which their
followers gather. The followers display a notably slower frequency of tail
movement, leading researchers to believe that the followers are enjoying a
hydrodynamic advantage from the leaders' efforts.

In an attempt to create a robotic leader, Marras and Porfiri placed their robot
in a water tunnel with a golden shiner school. First, they allowed the robot to
remain still, and unsurprisingly, the "dummy" fish attracted little attention.
When the robot simulated the familiar tail movement of a leader fish, however,
members of the school assumed the behavior patterns they exhibit in the wild,
slowing their tails and following the robotic leader.

"These experiments may open up new channels for us to explore the possibilities
for robotic interactions with live animals -- an area that is largely untapped,"
explained Porfiri. "By looking to nature to guide our design, and creating
robots that tap into animals' natural cues, we may be able to influence
collective animal behavior to aid environmental conservation and disaster
recovery efforts."

The researchers posit that robotic leaders could help lead fish and other
wildlife that behave collectively -- including birds -- away from toxic
situations such as oil or chemical spills or human-made dangers such as dams.
Other experimenters have found success in prompting wildlife to move using
non-living attractants, but the researchers believe this is the first time that
anyone has used biomimetics to such effect.

Marras and Porfiri conducted their experiments with support from the National
Science Foundation.

too bad photoshop doesn't work on your disgusting deformed abdomen in person. i understand why models charge a pro to photograph them, but to charge extra just to touch up the blow hole on your torso into a cute little belly butthole is just pushing it. if your gonna charge for something then try aiming for something your qualified to do, like porno. dont get your snooty newbe hooter hop-on-the band-waggon-trendy-as-fuck-webzine brand black metal panties in a bunch cause im speaking truth to you it must be told as is so its good for you to know how blinded you are by your own smog.

if you are totally "into" metal its only because it sells.

look at all who be reviewing you and begging for seconds of your services.. other than the myriad of many beloved (ex)boyfriends not reviewing you just texting you cuz you've added them to your queue of guys you sucked off before letting your hotter friends have a crack at them after you realize they wont buy you 500$ victoria's secret gift certificate every time you put out. so yeah, smart how when ur done using em you hook em up with your hotter less greedy and less superficial as a model who puts out for free will come these days.

so congradunothing; look at you! the growing number of guys with unfortunate looking girlfriends who prefer you over the idiots dumb enough to care about a guy who would choose you over anything. that's achiever you beavering nut funnel. to cheat on your bf with other cunts' boyfriends to gather that self esteem boost is typical of a downhill caREAR that just isn't what it used to be.

the crumbs of mind numbing rump lint you call a career is so funny
as much as this one review suits you and yay for you cause you truly deserve ever word of it as i truly mean each word of this never ending sentence cause no ammount of webspace can hold the vast ammount of words it would take to describe the utter dissapoinment of your poor choice in relationship you chose to rub your win in to ruin for a one time self esteem boost.
you may be better looking than me but you dont have too much talent beyond your promising porno skills, as the exoteric poster child for all kindsa porno which at best, is the best you can do.

real proud of ya.

for not doing anything worth paying more than 8 bucks and thats at best but only if your at least topless and if your keeping your jagged assgut covered cuz you dont want to confuse the children in the audience who have never seen an anus then be forced to see your belly butthole and be confused about why the dogs belly button is a dorsal one or something..

and please maintain your decency you have none of it left as you have squandered so much of all you had by not doing porno by now.

so what if you are less reviewed and raved about than your contemporaries and fellow mediocre fork nosed posers and other generic slops who are your age, only more sought after than u for obvious reasons. yeah just hook those girls up with my bf too while your at it since you already did and for that i will never forgot your ugly snaggy tapir snout dominated face so yay all thanks to your freakish gut deformity your not generic d+ for pity points quean lackies and online black metal pop up ads.

i bet youll cel(osomia) out like before me sure but that's not saying much but hay at least you barely (just barely) aren't generic enough to be as generic as other non deformed charlatans with your same age, measurements and qualifications.

now about black metal, its obvious that you're not into it for the message cause your watering down the message first and foremost if your listing it as a skill on a page for which your peddling your clap trap question marks.
to list black metal as a skill when you don't even play in a band and even if you did it most likely would be the kind of band who could never even begin to sell albums unless you took alot of slutty bullet belt wearing (and nothing else!) pictures cause anything more than shoes and a bullet belt and maybe a pasty on your ass gut thing in the midsection there teaming up with your nose as the burden that makes you even stupider than other air heads with more talent and less disfigurements who are more metal that you in a generic touched up pic of you posing cause you really are the meaning of the word

cas a model its a plus not to have your holes switched up on all the wrong places like mr potato head with his abdominAnus on the wrong side and above the belt which is no place for the anus of a belly dancer to be unless its porno.

to brag about how metal you are in your ads to sell yourself serving services on exotic sites to peddle your exoteric exsistance and all for the appreciation of the meaning behind true underground metal? clearly you missed the point your mothers front butt made when it puked you into this world with your visceral gut tubes protruding from a syndrome that qualifies you as one of the few surviving fetal monstrosities that made it this far in life by not dying from their gutstrings snagging a door knob or a dog thinking your playing tug of gore with em. because for some reason even tho you look not unlike you wer conceived in a third world country

wtf happened that some one thought it would be in the best interest of the future black metal band wagon to spawn you in a hospital that spares lowly life forms instead of leaving you to perish on a windswept crag with the other celosomia clotted medical waste and curdled clotted scraps of human offal.

i bet to you black metal is just music to get drunk till you blow chunks on the dance floor. which f.y.i most people would call that a mosh pit not a dance floor but your a dim broad so tap dance the faq ing night away and get rabies you labial slave to trendy watered down in things. liking black metal wont make up for your tore up navel. i would try a shirt or a maybe you try wearing a one peice fiber glass bikini which would look super sexy on you so long as it covers that rectum on your torso and hides how flat your ass is. you must have sanded your asscheeks down w/ electric sander to check out if you had a butthole there too, huh? thats what levi said..

so dont aim so high and try to be more specific on what your trying to sell here other than you got hot friends who put out to as many angry cunts' boyfriends whom you played cupid the stupidest baby with a toupay only with 2 buttholes and tall enough to polish pole as you can do till your bored of other womens boyfriends so you settle for some of your if he buys you clothes that day cause thats at best all your good for, cum bucket.

and don't water down the meaning of black metal unless your going to do more than use it as your gimmick to peddle your mediocre joke of a whatever it is your trying to sell, i guess someone may want a stripper who doesnt strip all the way for their barmitzvah but really alf called he wants his nose back

that's right, Poland is ready for Detroit! this is amazing, i can't get rid of these erections. is this Rubber (() Cement in a nearly perfect future (clothing)?
----

The "Migrant Skyscraper" is literally mobile: A giant, thin tire with a building and green space in the center, this skyscraper is ready to roll.

The concept behind this structure is that in an unstable world, people need the stability of self-sufficiency to truly be free, and the future of the architectural field can help provide that to people. By constructing a safe haven for residents to live in that ensures they will have food to eat and water to drink, the Migrant Skyscraper affords people freedom despite what natural and social disasters may come. The building-inside-a-wheel can stay stationary for however long residents please, but, for example, if political upheaval destabilizes a region, residents can fire up the biofuel-powered engine and cruise to a new location.

The structure's exterior tire is clad in recycled rubber. Inside, two buildings and surrounding green space provide everything residents need to survive, making the tire-encapsulated unit completely self-sufficient. Outside of the buildings there is space for agriculture, including crops and livestock; within the tire, plumbing systems circulate potable, gray and black water for drinking, waste facilities and irrigation.

Each tire holds facilities for one family; layouts show two buildings next to each other within the tire. The first is three stories tall, with restroom facilities on the ground floor, indoor agriculture space on the second, and a balcony and kitchen on the third. Next door, both floors of the two-story building hold bedrooms for residents.

Unique features within the buildings include rolling platforms for indoor/outdoor agriculture and bridges that fold up for stability when the tire structures are on the move. When stationary, the designers envision the tires grouping around public green spaces to form communities, or parking in tight spaces to create density.

Yes, Bryerton still plays Improvised music! In Texas, at least! It is longer, but much better quality, for one we are not playing a dark bar! Shot by Pete Gershon:

Sandy Ewen - guitar, objects

Damon Smith - double bass
Jerome Bryerton - percussion
