I thought "Goin' Against Your Mind" was a great first step on the
album, lots of swagger and ballsiness to put a long song first up on
the album.
And then "Conventional Wisdom" was a great pop song.
But the rest of the album sounded like rejects from Ancient Melodies
of the Future.
I've been on the list since maybe 2000. It was pretty quiet even when
I first joined...
In other news I watched "The Devil & Daniel Johnston" a few months
back. He played "Some Things Last A Long Time" in one scene. I had
never even realized that was his song and not Doug's... But it totally
makes sense.
