Good show last night at the 9:30 Club. The opening band, the Stay Lows were
an average BTS immitation band. Doug thanked them for opening for 3 shows
but then added "they're dicks . . . but their music's good." Never heard
him add lib so much even for that brief comment.
The sound quality was really good but the set seemed short. He flubbed two
lines in You Were Right but I wasn't sure if pulled the two lyrics out on
purpose. I think he did based on his expression of holding back. Anyone
know if there's a reason for this?
