I also like Neil's 'Beach' work. pure Neil Young. My
favorite track is 'About to Rain' love that pedal
steel. The Byrds did a version a year earlier in 1973.

--Jim, I do not like it when bootleggers profit from artist's work. However, in
the case of On the Beach( which is out of print, so Neil cannot profit from it
b/c of lack of access by the general public to it , retail), I am not against
someone covering regular costs(such as the time it takes to record, cost of the
CDr, clock hours on the recording unit, taking to the post office + shipping
costs) for the "trade" of OTB.

I currently have a reel-to-reel original (not from an album)recording of OTB.
Therefore there is no album noise such as hiss or scratches. This is the
original mix, straight to reel to reel.

I have recorded this to CDr. If anyone wants a copy, I can share it with you
for a flat rate of $10.00 ( this cost covers standard shipping media mail USPS
rate of $2.50). Send requests offlist.
