BEAVER CREEK - The band that brought you "Good Feelin' To Know" and "Shoot for
the Moon" will play Beaver Creek Saturday for free outdoor concert on the plaza.
Poco is the band that defined country rock, resulting in million selling albums
and top 20 hit singles over more than three decades of music. Poco's current
lineup consists of founding member and multi-instrumentalist Rusty Young, who
also formed Buffalo Springfield, guitarist Paul Cotton, original drummer George
Grantham and bassist Jack Sundrud. Their hit songs "Good Feelin' To Know" and
"Shoot for the Moon" are classics.
Poco has two recent releases: "Running Horse," which features work from the
group's 30-year career and Poco's most current release, "Keep The Legend Alive,"
is a live CD and with bonus DVD recorded at Nashville's Belcourt Theatre on May
20, 2004.
