Almost certainly, because the G.O. actually predated the mustering of the 14th CTVI by at least a couple of months. I don't know if the 14th Connecticut later...

Fiske's were high-end instruments, comparable to horns made by John F. Stratton of New York. I think one of our low brasses (Eb bass?) in our band is a Fiske....
