Description
This group deals with
the alpine diatonic accordion
commonly known as the
steirische harmonika, button box,
helikon accordion, heligonka,
ziach, or harmonika.
It is my hope that we can share
information on instruments,
techniques, history, music,
repair, and all other aspects
related to button boxes
in a friendly way.
Anyone can join, but membership will be probationary until a brief introduction is posted. Disrespectful, foul, or otherwise uncivil posters will be placed on the "moderated" list.
