New Radius (compilation) CD on Voiceprint   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #34 of 41 |
Hello, everyone!

Voiceprint announced the new release from Radius. As you may well be aware
Radius key members are Geoff Serle and David Cross. The band was formed back
in 1987 and released 5 albums to date: Sightseeing (1988), Elevation (1989),
Arc Measuring (1990), There Is No Peace (1994) and Civilizations (2000).

The new CD is a compilation named "A Round Radius". And though it doesn't
contain any new material I believe it's a very important and useful release.
For many of us it's the only chance to obtain early Radius material legally
because most of Radius albums are out of print and very hard to find.
Here is the track-list:
1. There Is No Peace (1994)
2. Tibet (1988)
3. Pagoda (Jay's Tune) (1989)
4. On Arriving At the Gates to the City (1989)
5. Air Spirals (1994)
6. Days of Forever (1989)
7. Minaret (1994)
8. What The Problem Is (1994)
9. Civilizations (2000)

And about the Italian date mentioned in the previous issue... I've got a
message from David and he promised to perform 'Calamity' on the forthcoming
Rome show. Let me remind you that the show will take place at 'Stazione
birra' (Rome, Italy) on February 22, 2007.

Best wishes,

George
