Hi Carlene Carter fans! I just joined your group, and wanted to say "Hello" to
everyone.

I've been a fan of Carlene and her music since about 1979. I saw her perform on
one of those late night concert shows that used to be on network tv in the 70's;
"Midnight Special", or "Don Kirchner's Rock Concert". I forget which one.
Anyway, she was performing songs from her then new album, TWO SIDES TO EVERY
WOMAN. I thought she was terrific. I went out and bought the album, as well as
her first, and I've loved her ever since.

MUSICAL SHAPES is still my favorite CC album-- Wow! What a GREAT record! But I
have all the ones that have followed since, and love them all.

So happy to hear that Carlene is clean and sober again, working on stage in a
tribute to her illustrious family, and hoping to record again. I sure hope so,
too!!!
