Hi,
I don't play a Guitarron and have never held one...how
heavy are they? Have you tried adjusting where it is
held? Maybe if you could play it higher-up, it would
be better on your back? I also know there are straps
made that can help distribute the weight of the
instrument more evenly. I'll search the internet and
let you know what I find. Regular massage and
exercise (working out with weights and/or machines
that strengthen the lower back) can be beneficial as
well. Or maybe wear one of those belts that support
your back? (like people wear when they do a lot of
heavy lifting)
