The one you are showing as "Carousel Song" I believe is "The Repasz Band March".

I'm not absolutely sure but I suspect that the one you are calling "Carousel
Fancy" is based on "The Marry-Go-Round Broke Down" by Cliff Friend and David
Franklin. It seems to be missing the introduction used by Warner Bros. as the
Loony Tunes theme. I could be mistaken on this but at lease this gives you
something to compare it to.
