Comparing the 2 different versions of Fate's Got A Driver

I was wondering how the two different versions of FGAD compare to one
another. I've never heard the Split Lip version, so I was curious.
ALso, I've heard that the Split Lip version has nine tracks versus the
eight of the Chamberlain version. Anyone know if that's true?
