i'm not sure if i would compare it to any chamberlain song really.
they have played a few chamberlain songs live during their sets. off
the top of my head i can remember them playing "the south has spoiled
me" and "small details" during most sets. they usually play out in the
indy area during the holiday season when everyone is back in town.
they have two shows coming up--one before thanksgiving and the other
right before christmas.

chevy downs has a peddle steel, mandolin, banjo, slide guitar, and
dobro mixed into their playing at various times. chevy downs,
chamberlain, david moore, and tim jones all have their separate
myspace.com pages set up where you can hear some tracks. i especially
encourage you to check out david's new material. "jericho" is an
amazing song ranking with the chamberlain material--easily.
