i doubt any more songs will be done with ashes. i only knew of that
one song. i will say i was fortunate enough to be at the dayton, oh,
festival with shelter, 108, ashes, split lip and outspoken. i got the
chance to see "beds are burning" live with elaine (was that her name?)
from ashes and david doing the vocals. it's a great hard core moment
for me. outspoken simply rocked that place to the ground. it was an
incredible night.

speaking of ashes, whatever happened to that band/girl? back in the
day i think i recall hearing that she attended brown university. she
had an amazing voice and she was cute, cute, cute.
