When I was a kid in the late 50's, my father worked swing shift and
often watched a late movie on TV on coming home from work. Once he
told me he saw some old B film noir classic from the late 40s or
early 50s, which had a musical segment with Bird and I think Diz,
though I do not remember the name of the film. Perhaps some real
afficianados might know.
