Here's how it might work:

A complete audio file would be placed in the files
section. While often tolerated, this is technically
forbidden by law.

It might go unchallenged and unpunished. But there
are people who wouldn't approve of tunes being posted
here.

Namely: the various owners of the sound recordings,
and the various owners of the song copyrights.
Perhaps even the Charlie Parker estate.

All if these people are running a business and they
want to get paid.

Let's say just one person from one of these
organizations threatened Yahoo with a lawsuit. The
easiest and safest way for Yahoo to protect itself
would be to delete the entire group.

I don't want to be the guy who causes this group to be
shut down.
